In this interview, both Bill and I were encouraged by the innovation and solutions we heard from this fantastic executive. We dive into “outside the box” thinking and leadership going on at the Colorado Status University-Spur Campus. Much of the time was spent discussing environmental initiatives, sustainability and climate awareness. We also covered topics such as, the genesis of CSU-Spur campus including its vision and mission. We discussed community involvement, student retention, campus culture, the relationship with the National Stock Show, Summer Camps, volunteering and more.
