Randi brings 20 years of digital media and marketing experience to Advance 360 Education. Having started her career within the Advance family, she recognizes the value of loyalty and commitment and bring that appreciation to the way she leads the Advance 360 Education team. Her expertise in data-driven marketing, and deep understanding of data segmentation, has helped frame the way Advance 360 Education supports our partners in driving leads, increasing enrollments, and shaping overall marketing strategy.

Anthony is a dynamic executive and digital marketing strategist with a focus on customer service and relationships. Anthony brings a wealth of experience in digital media with agencies, regional and national clients with an intense focus on the education sector. Anthony is well-versed and oversees all aspects of digital marketing, social influence, digital intelligence, advocacy, loyalty, social media, CRM, data strategy, SaaS platforms and more. As Vice President of Advance 360 Education, he has been instrumental in building Advance 360’s Education client portfolio spanning the last 8 years, which has been focused on driving enrollment for educational institutions nationally, including for-profit schools. Prior to joining Advance, Anthony held positions focused on digital media with the Hearst Digital Marketing Service, Target Media Partners, the Daily Breeze and the Los Angeles Times.

Angel’e’s career has spanned 19 years in advertising sales with four of those years focused in marketing for educational institutions. Her background in account management serves Advance 360 Education clients well as she oversees campaign fulfillment, working closely with advertising operations teams with a constant eye on optimization and success.

Lori Hales is an experienced global leader in higher education. Her passion for the last 25 years has focused on helping students achieve their dreams through education and personal achievement. Lori was instrumental in driving value at start-ups and large data-driven student-first educational organizations. Her work with Advance 360 Education gives educational institutions more precise insights into attracting and retaining students.

Joel’s key areas of focus are audience development and channel strategy, with an emphasis on social media. In this role, Joel is responsible for the planning, strategy, and nurturing of Advance 360 Education’s client’s marketing campaigns. Prior to Advance 360 Education, Joel has worked with trade and vocational schools for over 10 years. He has managed social media marketing for vocational schools and community colleges. Joel holds a B.S. in Urban and Regional Planning, graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Amanda has more than 18 years of experience in digital marketing for higher education. She has served in marketing leadership roles both on the school side and agency side, which has given her a well-rounded perspective on career, technical and 4-year institutions. Amanda has a passion for educational accessibility and loves to help schools grow enrollments and improve retention. She also has a Masters in Higher Education from Arizona State University. 

Krystal comes to Advance360 Education with 10 years of experience in online higher education. She has worked with admissions teams in different segments including undergraduate, graduate, financial aid paying, cash paying, and Military students. She has managed teams in multiple segments and brings training and development expertise from her enrollment background. Krystal is passionate about education and specializes in finding opportunities to help schools grow enrollment.

Kelly is an enthusiastic, results-oriented professional with notable experience leading customer success and digital operations teams. She brings a 20-year career analyzing client business through metric-driven data, setting short- and long-term strategies, and driving execution that spans every area of the enterprise. Her forward-thinking mindset enables her team to focus on maximizing performance and fulfilling client KPI’s – whether increasing market share, generating qualified leads or developing brand recognition.

Stanton has been with Advance for nearly 10 years leading the analytics and insights teams building a discipline that includes market research, analytics, data science, data management and strategy. Prior to working at Advance, he worked at The Economist in a variety of marketing and analytic roles as well as at American Express where he worked in marketing, analytics, and privacy. Stanton brings Advance 360 Education clients more than twenty years of experience using data and analysis to drive strategy.

Will is an executive with more than 25 years experience driving business strategy through decision science, market intelligence, and opinion research. He holds a master’s degree in economics from Louisiana State University (LSU) having studied econometrics with Dr. Carter Hill and marketing analytics with Dr. William Black. He currently serves as the Head of Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence for Advance Local. Will brings creative and innovative solutions to a range of clients across most major verticals. In addition to his private sector work, Will teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Business Strategy, Consumer Behavior, Data Science, and Research Methods at Kean University and Saint Peter’s University. His approach blends academic theory with practical applications to prepare students to think critically through real-world problems.

Anya brings diverse perspectives to Advance 360 Education clients having held positions in a variety of businesses serving educational institutions. Her deep understanding of digital marketing, Ed-tech, strategy, branding, and lead generation for student recruitment serves her clients well.

Mark has 23 years of experience in business development and digital marketing. He has helped clients develop and maintain successful lead campaigns through outbound and inbound marketing.  Along with a background of over two decades of digital media, Mark brings diverse demographic marketing and influence advertising experience to Advance 360 Education. His insightful understanding of the student decision making process serves our clients well.

J.G. has 30+ years of experience developing business strategies that grow revenue through innovation in sales and marketing. His expertise is helping post-secondary education clients better understand and leverage digital marketing platforms to help increase enrollment.

Sarah has more than 12 years’ experience as a former Executive Director of Admissions & Marketing with one of the highest conversion rates in the industry. She uses her sales techniques and expertise to help schools grow their population. She’s been consulting with vocational schools for the past five years and, with Advance 360 Education, shows schools that the power of more enrollments is the perfect mix of digital marketing and admissions.

Elliott brings more than 20 years of success in business development strategizing and digital marketing to his role with Advance 360 Education. He has an exceptional ability to utilize data and market intelligence to define target audiences and create market share growth opportunities and branding success with educational institutions at all levels.  His breadth of experience in marketing to retail advertisers as well as educational institutions, coupled with his keen creative vision and ability to “think outside of the box” are tremendous assets for his clients in the education sector, where every marketing dollar needs to make an impact and grow enrollment.

Joe Leonhardt is a 25-year veteran of higher education largely in enrollment management, marketing and campus operations leadership to include large-scale online programming. A lifelong leadership fan, today Joe also teaches leadership as an adjunct online college instructor at the University of Arizona Global Campus.  Leonhardt earned his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Lily is a “digital evangelist” with more than 15 years in digital marketing. Her passion for digital is rooted in a belief that it can serve any client well, no matter their size; supports business goals, no matter how challenging; and connects schools and students, near or far. Providing oversight to Advance 360 Education’s team of Digital Account Managers, Lily imparts her knowledge and expertise driving insightful, measurable digital marketing strategies centered on clients’ KPIs.

With 5 years with the company, Jake has developed a keen sense of what it takes to run a successful KPI-focused marketing plan. He has hands-on experience with all aspects of performance-based marketing campaigns with prior roles in operations, business development, campaign strategy, and account management. With this base of experience, he understands and relays important aspects of what it takes for marketing campaigns to not only have immediate impact, but also retain an elevated level of success throughout the relationships he builds with Advance 360 Education clients.

Chris has 12 years working in digital advertising and marketing and has been with the Advance team for more than 10 years.  Working on both the sales and account management side of the business, he is well versed in working with clients in all stages of their campaigns and ensuring that objectives are achieved.

John brings 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Account Management with a passion for developing effective digital marketing programs, strong brands, and market value to deliver measurable revenue-generating outcomes.

Chris has more than 7 years of experience working within business development and marketing. His consultative process, campaign strategy and attention to detail consistently provide year-over-year account growth.

Carlene is a digital marketing professional with over five years of experience in helping businesses grow. Julie brings a depth of knowledge in both higher education and retail marketing from her 25-year career within the beauty and fashion industries.  Having been a marketing director for a nationally recognized beauty school, Julie knows firsthand the best practices to achieve enrollment goals.  Her passion for delivering strategic creative that engages target audiences and strengthens brand awareness enhances the overall success of our client’s digital advertising campaigns.

Rachel has been working in the advertising and design industry since 2008. She has over 7 years of experience managing multi-level designers to create compelling work that speaks to the brand. Her expertise in creative design and strategy helps direct the creative team to achieve desired results for Advance 360 Education clients.

Matt is a results-driven, team-oriented seasoned marketer with expertise in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns. His strong background in brand development and strategy, digital marketing, social media marketing, content strategy and event production aid him in his role at Advance 360 Education.

Gabby is an experienced digital advertising professional with a focus in higher education.
